
TROUBLESHOOTING
The device does not respond to manual
control with the on/off button
•
Try resetting the device by using the reset
button and wait a few seconds. Try a few
times.
•
Try to press the on/off button a few times. If
the device is not responsive then reset and if it
fails, try to reset the device by disconnecting
the power.
•
Try to reset the device to the factory firmware
by pressing the reset button 5
-
10 times in a
row with a ~1 second delay between the
presses.
•
Check if you have enabled the option for
disabled local control in the device settings.
The red LED doesn
’
t turn on or there is
no power supply to the output
•
Check your connections to the load.
•
Check if the load is working by connecting it
directly to power.
The green LED does not turn on and the
device is reported as disconnected on the
internet platform
If the green LED is not lit, then the device may be
unable to be connected to the Internet Platform.

Check your internet connection. If you don
’
t
seem to be able to access the internet through
the Wi
-
Fi router then contact your Internet
Service Provider (ISP).
•
Check that the server is accessible at https://
hamsystems.eu or open the smartphone app.
If you are unable to access the server, try again
after 5 minutes.
•
Try to reset the device by using the reset
button and wait a few seconds. Repeat a few
times.
•
Check that the device is connected to your Wi
-
Fi router. A way this can be achieved is by
accessing the router
’
s configuration page. If
none of the above suggestions worked, then
repeat the steps 5
