using wire connectors that are
rated for
outdoor use.

OPERATING THE REPEATER:
1)
Connect and add the repeater to the Sollos ColorSplash
®
a
pp the same way a Sollos
®
ColorSplash
®
lamp
or
fixture
would be added.
2)
The green light on the repeater will flash while the repeater is pairing with the
a
pp. Once the repeater is
paired,
the green li
ght
will remain solid.
3)
Multiple repeaters can be used on larger installation areas where connectivity cannot be made.
Example:
an installation with
multiple
lights installed in the front, back and side yards
of a home
may not
full
y
connect
to the app
w
ith a single repeater
,
so two repeaters may be necessary. One
repeater
mounted
in
the
rear left
a
rea and a
second
repeater
mounted in the front right area (opposite corners
of the home
)
4)
To identify the repeaters on the
a
pp when two or more have been added,
p
ress the repeater icon on the
a
pp.
The green light on the corresponding repeater will flash momentarily.
RESETTING THE REPEATER:
1)
To reset the repeater and remove it from the app network that it has been paired to, press and hold the
button
on the face of the repeater for 5-6 seconds. The green light will flash. The repeater will now be able
to
be
paired to a new or existing app network.
2)
An alternate method of resetting the repeater is by following the power cycle reset procedure
of power On*10s/Off*5s, 3 times repeat
.
Note:
the power cycle reset procedure will reset all Sollos
®
ColorSplash
®
lamps and fixtures on the circuit.
WIRING THE REPEATE
R:
Caution:
T
urn off the 12V power supply before connecting or disconnecting the repeater power
cable.
Connecting or disconnecting the repeater to a live circuit may cause permanent damage to the repeater.
DO NOT SHORT CIRCUIT the repeater as this may cause permanent damage to the repeater.

The 12V power source can be the same 12V power source that the landscape lighting
system is
connected to or it
c
an be powered from a separate 12V
power source
.

Turn on the 12V system power to energize the repeater. The green light on the repeater face will illuminate
when power is applied.
