Operation
Battery and charge
control indicator
(Fig. 16/6) After switch-
ing on the key switch, all
four lamps light up when
the battery is fully
charged. As the battery is discharged
during operation, the three right-hand
lamps indicate the level of discharge by
going out in sequence from right to left.
When the left, red lamp flashes, it indi-
cates that work must come to an end.
Approximately three minutes later, the
brushes will return to their home posi-
tion. After a further three minutes, the
suction turbines are deactivated and
the squeegee is raised. When the red
lamp lights up continuously, approxi-
mately one minute remains until the en-
tire vehicle shuts down automatically.
Drive back to the charger in
good time. Take the distance
to the charger into account.
Button for the
side scrubbing brush
(Fig. 16/7) This button is used
to activate the side scrubbing
brush. After pressing the but-
ton, the brush starts or stops rotating
and the brush is lowered or raised ac-
cordingly. If the side scrubbing brush is
switched on, the green control lamp
lights up.
The side scrubbing brush is an optional
accessory. If it is not installed, the but-
ton has no function.
The side scrubbing brush can
only be switched on when the
two main brushes are also
switched on.
Button for brush pressure
(Fig. 16/8) This button is used
to increase the brush pres-
sure. This may be necessary
when the area to be cleaned is
extremely dirty. The pressing force can
be increased to max. 54 kg. If the func-
tion is active, the green control lamp
lights up.
Working with an increased
brush pressure also means in-
creased brush wear. There-
fore, only press this button
when necessary.
Button for the brush drive
(Fig. 16/9) This button serves
to switch the brushes and solu-
tion feed on and off with simul-
taneous, respective lowering
and raising of the brush head. If the
function is active, the green control
lamp lights up.
Button for squeegee and
suction turbine
(Fig. 16/10) This button serves
to switch the suction turbine on
and off with simultaneous low-
ering and raising of the squeegee. If the
function is active, the green control
lamp lights up.
This button must also be
pressed when working with op-
tional tools connected to a suc-
tion hose. Operating personnel
must not be seated on the driv-
er's seat in this case (seat con-
tact is bypassed). Only the
suction turbine is activated at
this point, the squeegee re-
mains raised.
