Error message:Temperature sensor is not properly connected or damaged (display at the end of a
program).
Troubleshooting:

NTC exist open circuit. Replace it

Cut off power, check the resistance of
two
pins of heater element by
multimeter, is it between 27-30 ?
Heater element must
be broken, please
replace it

Check if NTC is connected properly
Cut off power and measure the resistance
of temperature sensor by
multimeter
, is
it between 5-14k ?

Connect NTC well

The control wire may be broken,
Otherwise the PCB must be broken;
Please replace the broken.

Replace PCB
Check the wire(X5-3 and X4-1) between NTC
and PBC, are they connected well?
Connect all wires well
Disconnect the two black wires from PCB
, and measure if the resistance
between the two black wires of PCB, is
it infinite?

Check if overload laundry. Reduce the laundry
