7.2 Clearing the
locking
authorisation of all
keys/Procedure
with lost key
After clearing all user keys, all of the required user keys must have locking
authorisations assigned to them again.

In the event of a fault, the access control system must be removed by trained experts
(key service).
10. Storage
• Keep programmed access control system at least 10 cm away from the keys
(transponder), since contact will otherwise occur and the batteries will be
discharged.
• Cylinders with batteries in them must not be stored together, since the cylinders
will switch each other on and the batteries will be discharged.
11. Cleaning / Maintenance
11.1 Cleaning
Clean the product using:
• A dry, soft cotton cloth.
• A damp cloth with washing-up liquid or neutral cleaner.
The product is
not
suitable for cleaning with:
• Cleaning agents with alcohol, organic solvents or thinners.
• Abrasive materials.
• High-pressure or steam cleaning equipment.
11.2 Servicing /
Maintenance
Battery change
• Indication of a weak battery occurs after switching on the electronics and holding
a key in front of the lock: red LED flashes 3 times.
• It is advisable to always replace all of the batteries.
• The batteries must only be changed by trained experts appointed by the operator.
Other maintenance work is not permitted.
• The locking authorisations for the user keys are retained after a battery change
and do not have to be reset.
Other remarks:
• Only use original spare parts from Häfele.
• Always have repairs carried out by experts.
• Do not grease or oil the product.
• Protect electronic components from water.
• Do not cover reader modules with metal materials.
