Bed is designed to be used with a standard queen mattress 60 – 80 lbs. (customer supplied)
•
Cabinet and front panel should be constructed of 3/4” (19 mm) particle board or material of equal weight so
bed mechanism is properly balanced.
Approximate weight of front panel should = 100 lbs.
•
Total weight of both mattress and front panel needs to be between 160 – 180 lbs. for bed to work properly.
If weight is less
an additional counter-balance may have to be added (provided by end user). Gas pistons cannot be adjusted for weight variations.

Inside cabinet dimensions must be observed and square before installation of frame. See
