warranty conditions. The warranty is explicitly subject
to certain conditions being met

the purchaser/ovmer to the
satisfaction of hare & Forbes, without which the warranty daims,

any,
would involve inordinate delays for settlement and somefunes ev,e:n
rejection. These a:re summarized he:re for the benefit of the owners.
The warranty is subject to fulfillment inter aHa of the following obligations

the pnrchascr/owner of the
compressor.
Proper installation of the compressor. This is the sole responsibility of the
purchaser.
