Troubleshooting
You can solve many common problems easily, saving you the cost of a possible service call. Try the
suggestion below to see if you can solve the problem before calling service centre.
Problem

No function.
No power supplies.
Check the wall outlet.
Connect the plug properly to the wall
outlet.
Compressor noisy.
Mains power supply too law.
Turn the appliance off and check the mains
power supply.
Indicator lamps do not
turn on.
No power supplies.
Connect to mains power.
Check fuse.
Appliance defective.
Ice cubes are too large
and stick together.
Water temperature or
ambient temperature too low.
Stop the unit right away.
Restart the unit till the ice in water tray
melts down.
Indicator lamp ADD
WATER is on.
Water level too low.
Refill water on tank.
Indicator lamp ICE
FULL and ADD WATER
light up at the same
time.
Water tray is blocked by ice
cubes.
Disconnect from mains power supply.
Remove the ice cubes from the automatic
shovel.
Reconnect and press START button.
