Putting into Service
Working place
Choose a suitable location and a non-slip, flat surface.
Never place the device directly next to heaters or other heat sources. There is always the
danger of fire!
Electrical Connection
1.
Connect the device to a duly installed 220-240V~50/60Hz protective contact socket.
2.
Before inserting the plug into the socket. Make sure that the mains voltage to be
used matches that of the device. You can find this information on the nameplate.
How to operate
Blower direction
Set the blower inclination angle before starting the device. You can adjust the inclination
angle by tipping the blower casing with both hands.
Caution!
The inclination angle
amounts to approx. 90°.
Operating
To select the fan speed, use the selector on the switch box to set one of the following
speeds:
0 =
OFF
1 =
Slow
2 =
Medium
3 =
High
Cleaning and Maintenance
•
Clean the surface of your fan with a dry cloth if it is covered by dust.
•
Usually pay attention to the operation. If the blade doesn't rotate freely or, it sounds
any in normal noise, please refer to your supplier!
•
Use a vacuum-cleaner to suck out the dust of the blade, the grilles and the inner parts.
Important Note:
Do keep your fan disconnected to the electricity before doing any maintenance!
Warning
•
If you need to remove the safety guard, always switch the device off and remove the
mains plug.
•
Under no circumstances should you immerse the device in water for cleaning purposes.
Otherwise, this might result in an electric shock or fire.
•
Clean the outside of the device with a dry cloth without any additives.
•
If the device is very dirty wet a cloth with water and then wipe the device dry once you
have finished.
