1 Remove the cover (1)
2 Turn nut (2) clockwise
3 Assemble the cover (1) again
Load test:
Adjustment of the slipping clutch is correct if the
nominal load can be lifted and lowered safely.
The adjustment can be made with natural
weights.
The adjustment should be carried out with a
cold device (room temperature).
If there are still further adjustments required after
3 attempts, let the device cool down for approx.
30 minutes to prevent overheating.

AK+AP 9-10 Overload protection using mechanical spring package
NOTE!
In case of overload the load must be lowered until it reaches the ground so that the spring
package can release. Only thereafter it is possible to repeat the lifting motion.
Resetting the overload protection:
1 Turning the hexagonal nut (1)
2 Turn clockwise - to the right
Switches off at heavier overload.
3 Turn anti-clockwise - to the left
Switches off at less overload.

12.7
Overload protection by pressure limiting valve
Factory setting for the desired load at 6 bar.
Normally this setting does not need to be
adjusted.
