Disclaimer
As we are unable to control the handling, the observance of the assembly/operating
instructions and the use of the product and its maintenance, Hacker Motor GmbH cannot be
made liable for losses, damage or costs. Any claim for damages that may result from the
operation, failure or malfunction, or in any way related to this is rejected. We do not assume
any liability for personal injury, property damage and their consequences arising from our
delivery or work. As far as permitted by law, the obligation to pay damages, for whatever legal
reasons, is limited to the invoice value of our product directly affected by the event. This does
not apply if we have unlimited liability in accordance with mandatory statutory provisions or
gross negligence.
