Installation
3.2 Unpack the sensor
Remove the sensor from the shipping container and inspect the sensor for damage.
Verify that all items listed in
Figure 5 are included. If any items are missing or damaged,
contact the manufacturer or distributor.
3.3 Wiring safety information
3.3.1 Sensor connection and wiring
The sensor can be connected to any sc controller using the supplied keyed quick-connect
fitting. The sensor can also be hard-wired to an sc 100 or sc 1000 controller (Refer to
Figure 7 for more information).
To attach the sensor to the controller with the quick-connect fitting:
1. Unscrew the protective cap on the socket on the controller ( Figure 6 ). Retain the
protective cap to seal the connector opening in case the sensor must be removed.
