9. Set the DISPLAY knob to APP E V.
10. Select a row in Table 3 . Turn the APP E knob until the display shows the value in the first column
of the row.
11. Set the DISPLAY knob to OUTPUT nA.
12. Set the RANGE nA knob to the value in the second column of the row.
13. Read across the row to the typical readings. Compare the typical readings to the actual
potentiostat and the multimeter readings.
Note: The multimeter reading can take 10 to 15 seconds to become stable.
14. If the potentiostat and multimeter readings do not agree with the typical readings in Table 3 ,
contact BASi technical support.
15. Set the DISPLAY knob to OFFSET nA.
16. Turn the OFFSET knob until the display shows "10.0" (10 nA).
17. If the multimeter reading is not 0 to 150 mV, contact BASi technical support.
