Risco de exposição a produtos químicos. Obedeça aos
procedimentos de segurança laboratoriais e use todos os
equipamentos de proteção individual adequados aos produtos

8.1 Fazer uma calibração do reagente em branco
Faça uma calibração do reagente em branco antes de usar um
conjunto de novos tubos 16 mm de reagente.
1.

para ligar o instrumento. Mantenha a tampa do
compartimento de tubo de amostra fechada durante a inicialização.
2.
Após a inicialização, certifique-se de que a porta de entrada da
amostra esteja limpa. Use um pano macio ou lenço de papel sem
fiapos (ou soprador de ar) para limpar o compartimento de amostra
conforme necessário.
3.
Instale o adaptador de tubos 16 mm no instrumento. Empurre as
abas nas laterais do adaptador do tubo. Consulte as etapas
ilustradas em
Instale o adaptador do frasco, o frasco e a tampa do
na página 94.
4.
Selecione
CALIBRATION (CALIBRAÇÃO)
e, em seguida,
selecione o parâmetro para a calibração.

Selecione
CAL-RB
.
6.
Meça um reagente em branco da seguinte forma:
a.
Prepare um reagente em branco. Substitua a amostra por água
deionizada (ou água destilada ou água livre de compostos
orgânicos) no procedimento de teste. Não use o temporizador.
b.
Limpe a superfície externa do tubo de amostra com um pano
sem fiapos.
c.
Instale o tubo 16 mm de amostragem no adaptador de tubo.
d.
Coloque a tampa sobre o tubo de 16mm para fechar o
compartimento de leitura de tubos.
e.
Pressione
Enter
para medir o reagente em branco.
