glide attachment
What is the Glide Attachment?
The Glide Attachment enables the Floor Sanitizer to
freshen, deodorize and sanitize carpeting, rugs,
upholstery, pet cushions and more. Used with the
Floor Sanitizer it kills dust mites and other allergans
in a variety of soft surfaces.
How to use the Glide Attachment:
1) The Glide Attachment is used without the Ultra-
Microfiber pad. It attaches directly to the unit by
snapping onto the bottom of the steam head.
Place the front of the steam head under the tabs
on the front of the Glide Attachment and press
down. The tray is made to fit snuggly and will
snap easily into place. (Fig 8)
2) After attaching the tray, press the ‘STEAM ON/
OFF’ button found on the front of the unit. It
takes approximately 30 seconds for the Floor
Sanitizer to heat up.
3) Push and pull the Floor Sanitizer
slowly
across
the carpet (or other soft surface) to thoroughly
steam clean each section. (Fig 9)
4) When there is no more water in the water tank,
you will hear a vibration sound from the main
unit. To refill the water tank and continue to
sanitize, turn your floor sanitizer off. Unplug the
unit from the electrical wall outlet and remove
the water tank and refill the water tank as before.
5) When you have finished using the Floor Sanitizer,
turn it ‘OFF’, place it on the Floor Protector/
Resting Mat and wait until the Floor Sanitizer
cools down for approximately five (5) minutes.
Remove the Glide Attachment by using your foot
to snap the attachment off the steam head. The
attachment is designed for this ‘No Touch’
method of removal. (Fig 10)
6) Store the unit upright in a protected dry area,
standing it on the Floor Protector/Resting Mat,
or by hanging it by the Storage Hook.
