Connecting a USB device 

USB devices are hot swappable. 

To connect a USB device: 

1. 

Connect the USB device to the USB connector, as shown in 

Figure2-20

.

Verify that the device can identify the USB device. 

If the device fails to identify the USB device, download and install the driver of the USB device. 
If the device still fails to identify the USB device after the driver is installed, replace the USB 
device.
