Option Description
MAIN MENU
(Main menu)
It is located on the upper side of the screen, and you can perform the
following operations:
•
Create RAID Volume : Creates a RAID volume.
•
Delete RAID Volume : Deletes a RAID volume.
•
Reset Disks to Non-RAID : Clears the RAID configuration
information from the disk.
•
Recovery Volume Options : Recovers a volume option.
•
Acceleration Options : Indicates an acceleration option.
•
Exit : Exits the screen.
DISK/VOLUME INFORMATION
(Disk and volume information)
It is located on the lower side of the configuration screen, and you can
view the summary of the created RAID and physical disks.
2.2.3 Command Tasks
1. Configuring a RAID
This section describes the procedure for configuring a RAID. The operation procedure is as
follows.
(1) You have entered the RST configuration screen. For details, see section 2.2.2 " Entering the
RST Configuration Screen ."
(2) On the RST configuration screen, select Create RAID Volume and press Enter , as shown
