Fan modules
The server supports four hot swappable fan modules. The server supports N+1 fan module
redundancy.
shows the layout of the fan modules in the chassis.
The server can adjust the fan rotation speed based on the server temperature to provide optimal
performance with balanced ventilation and noise.
During system POST and operation, the server will be gracefully powered off through HDM if the
temperature detected by any sensor in the server reaches the critical threshold. The server will be
powered off directly if the temperature of any key components such as processors exceeds the
