Configuring DHCP packet rate limit on a DHCP
relay interface
IMPORTANT:
The feature is available only on the CSPEX cards.
This feature enables the DHCP relay interface to discard DHCP packets that exceed the maximum
rate.
To configure DHCP packet rate limit:

This task allows you to specify the IP addresses to be encapsulated to the

requests. If you do not specify any DHCP relay agent address, the primary IP address of the DHCP
relay interface is encapsulated to the
giaddr
field of DHCP requests.

giaddr
