Use
undo qos apply policy
to remove an applied QoS policy.
Syntax
qos apply policy policy-name { inbound | outbound }
undo qos apply policy policy-name { inbound | outbound }
Default
No QoS policy is applied.

Parameters
policy-name
: Specifies a QoS policy by its name, a case-sensitive string of 1 to 31 characters.
inbound
: Applies the QoS policy to incoming traffic.
outbound : Applies the QoS policy to outgoing traffic.

# Apply QoS policy TEST1 to the outgoing traffic of GigabitEthernet 1/0/1.

qos apply policy (user profile view)
Use qos apply policy to apply a QoS policy to a user profile.
Use undo qos apply policy to remove a QoS policy applied to a user profile.
