Make sure that the grounding cable has been properly connected
before powering on the switch.

You can use only the 12V RPS power cables recommended by
H3C.
II. Connecting the DC power cable of the S5500-28C-PWR-EI
and S5500-52C-PWR-EI
The S5500-28C-PWR-EI and S5500-52C-PWR-EI use the 48V
RPS, whose input voltage is in the range of –52 V to –55 V.

1) Connect one end of the grounding cable (delivered with the
switch) to the grounding screw on the rear panel and the
other end to the ground nearby.
