Caution:
Check that the AC input cable and the DC output
cable are firmly connected to eliminate poor or
loose contact.
3.4.2 Commissioning the RPS Unit

Before powering on the RPS unit, check the
AC input with a multimeter set to the
resistance measurement function to eliminate
any short circuit.
z
Upon powering on the RPS unit, check that
output current LEDs on the front panel
indicate the normal output condition.
z
If the alarm LED on the front panel lights up
after the RPS unit is powered on, you are
encountering a power module failure or AC
mains problem. Check the power input.
3.5 Replacing Fuses
Follow these steps to replace a blown fuse:
Step 1: Check that the RPS unit is powered off.
Step 2: Press down the fuse cover (refer to Figure
2 on page 4) appropriately with a flat-blade
screwdriver, turn the fuse cover approximately 90°
anticlockwise, and then release the screwdriver so
that the fuse is ejected together with the fuse cover.
