US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) EMC Compliance
This product has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device,
pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection
against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can
radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may

If the customer modifies the equipment without the authorization of H3C, which directly or indirectly
contribute to the equipment incompliance with FCC requirements for Class B digital devices, H3C is
not liable for such interference problem and the expenses incurred there from shall be covered by
the customers.

This device generates and radiates radio-frequency energy. To ensure compliance with the
requirements of FCC radio-frequency exposure, a minimum body to antenna distance of 20cm (8
inch) must be maintained when the device is installed and operated.
