After the installation finishes, restart the system or execute the
rmmod qla2xxx
and
modprobe qla2xxx
commands to have the driver take effect.

Execute the
modinfo qla2xxx
command again to view the driver version and verify that
the new driver has taken effect.
Uninstalling the driver
To uninstall the driver installed by using an .rpm file, execute the
rpm –e qla2xxx
command. Then,
restart the system or execute the
rmmod qla2xxx
and
modprobe qla2xxx
commands to load
the old driver.
To uninstall the driver installed by using a .tar.gz source file, enter the
qla2xxx-<ver>
directory where
the source file resides, and execute the
./extra/build.sh remove
command as shown in
