Connecting an AC power cord
WARNING!
Before you connect a power cord, turn off the switch at the power input end and two switches on the
router.
CAUTION:
After connecting the power cord connector to the power tray, use the cable clamp provided with the
router to secure the power cord to the AC input receptacle on the power tray.
To connect an AC power cord:
1. Remove the protective plate over the power input area, as shown in Figure3-14 .

2. Connect the AC power cord connector to the AC input receptacle on the power tray, as shown
by callout 1 in
Figure3-15 .
3. Attach a cable clamp to the power tray. Release the tab on the tie mount and then slide the
cable clamp forward until it is flush against the edge of the connector, as shown by callout 2 in
Figure3-15 .
4. Close the cable clamp, as shown by callout 3 in Figure3-15 .
