Functions of the crown
Normal position
The STREAMLINER FLYBACK CHRONOGRAPH AUTOMATIC
has a screw-in crown. Screwing in the crown (normal position,
position X) ensures that the time setting cannot be acciden-
tally adjusted and also provides protection against the
ingress of dirt or water.
The crown can be loosened by turning it anti-clockwise until
it is unscrewed, at which point it will automatically be in
position 0, or the winding position. The crown can be screwed
back in and re-secured by pushing it into position X and
simultaneously turning it clockwise.
