Select the desired temperature by turning the temperature selection button

4. Choose the desired speed
. The mixer will start to heat. The mixer function can be
stopped at any time by setting the speed to "OFF". This will also stop the heating. The mixer
will start heating again when you set another speed.
5. If the bowl temperature exceeds 60°C and the selected speed is high, the speed will lower
for security reasons. Once the temperature is below 60°C, you will need to set the speed to
"OFF" and choose a new one.
THE PULSE BUTTON
The pulse button
can only be used when the speed is set up to "OFF".
To use the pulse function, you need to press the pulse button. The mixer will function at
maximum speed as long as you keep the button pressed. If the bowl heats over 60°C, the
speed will automatically lower itself down.
