Turning on the Auto Display Backlight

The Meter has a built-in sensor.  Therefore the Display
Backlight turns on and off automatically depending on
the brightness of the environment.  In a dim condition,
the Display Backlight turns on automatically while in a
bright condition, the Display Backlight turns off automatically.
