Install a SIM Card
The mobile NVR comes with two SIM card holders,
however 3G or 4G is only available for one of them.
Follow through the guide below to install a SIM card
for 3G or 4G data for the mobile NVR.
1. Open the mobile NVR and access the
motherboard as described in Remove Bottom
Cover on page 17 .
The motherboard then comes to view.
2. Find the SIM card holder for 3G/4G on the
motherboard.

SIM card
holder for 3G
and 4G.
3. Push back the
hinged cover to
open the holder.
4. Swivel the hinged
cover open.
5. Slide a SIM card along the hinged cover.
Note the notch on the SIM card should meet
the notch on the holder.
The SIM card's notch
should meet the
notch of the
holder.
6. Put down the
hinged cover and
push it forth to
lock the SIM card
in place.
7. Proceed to install
a 3G or 4G plus
GPS module
as described
in
Install a 3G
or 4G plus
GPS Module
(Optional)
on
page 24 .
