Caring for the Environment

Responsible disposal of the packaging

The packaging of your appliance has been selected from environmentally

friendly materials and can usually be recycled. Please ensure these are

disposed of correctly.

Plastic wrapping can be a suffocation hazard for babies and young

children, please ensure all packaging materials are out of reach and are

safely disposed of. Please ensure they are offered for recycling rather

than throwing these materials away.

Responsible disposal of the appliance

All electrical and electronic products including batteries should be

disposed of separately from the municipal waste stream via designated

collection facilities appointed by the government or the local authorities.

Electrical and electronic appliances contain materials and substances

which, if handled or disposed of incorrectly, could be potentially

hazardous on the environment and human health.

For more detailed information about disposal of your old appliance,

please contact your local authorities, waste disposal service or the shop

where you purchased the product.

The plug must be rendered useless and the cable cut off directly behind

the appliance or the machine to prevent misuse.
