After piercing the eggs
immediately put the protective
cap back on the egg piercer.

Place the egg tray on the
water container.

Using the measuring cup pour
the necessary amount of cold
water into the water
container. The necessary
quantity of water is
determined by the number of
eggs (max. 7) and the desired
degree of hardness: soft,
medium (moderately hard) or
hard. For this, use the
different most varied scales on
the measuring cup.

Punch a hole with an egg
piercer in the blunt end of the
eggs, so that the egg shells
don’t burst while the eggs are
cooking g.

Place the eggs with the hole
upward in the egg tray.

Put the lid on.

Put the protective cap back on
the egg piercer.
WARNING
Danger of scalding or
burning!
The egg boiler becomes hot when
it is in operation! In addition, hot
steam escapes through the
opening in the lid. Grasp the egg
boiler and its parts only with a
potholder or a similar item. Risk
of burning!
Protect yourself against hot
steam.
WARNING
Danger of damage!
Inappropriate handling of the egg
boiler can lead to damage to it.
Operate the egg digester only, if
there is water in the cooking
container. The egg boiler could
be damaged.
Operate the egg boiler
exclusively with the accessories
provided in the scope of delivery.

Insert the mains plug into a
socket with earthing contacts.

Press the On/Off switch to
turn the egg boiler on. The
control light will come on.
After some time, an acoustic
signal will sound. The cooking
process is finished and the
eggs are ready.

Grasp the lid by the handle
and remove it in such a way
that you do not come into
contact with the hot steam.

Hold the egg tray under
running cold water to cool the
eggs.
Please note:
If you use the egg boiler to cook
eggs several times in a row, let it
cool down for a few minutes
between the individual cooking
processes.
