Guarantee conditions
This is an extract from Gullberg & Jansson’s guarantee
conditions. Gullberg & Jansson’s undertaking according
to these conditions is not binding, if the instructions
in the documentation in question are not observed.
Specifications and parts are subject to alteration due to rapid
developments.
General guarantee conditions
A 2 year guarantee against design, fabrication or material

faults, valid from the day of installation, is provided
by Gullberg & Jansson AB on all marketed products.
Gullberg & Jansson is not responsible for faults where a
claim has not been entered within 2 years of the day of
installation.
Gullberg & Jansson is not responsible for faults as a result

Component parts of the system not being

transported, stored and installed in accordance with
the provisions set out in the manual.
Repairs not being carried out by an accredited

Original parts not being used for repairs.

Abnormal effects, both mechanical and

not responsible for faults caused e.g. by aggressive
water, fluctuations in electrical voltage or other
electrical downtime.
Consult your dealer if an overhaul or service that must

be carried out by a professional is necessary. He/she is
initially responsible that requisite adjustments are made.
Gullberg & Jansson must receive an installation

certificate within the guarantee period in order for the
guarantee to apply.
