Product Maintenance Instructions
Bamboo products are made of natural materials. Changes in the appearance due
to the environment to which the product is exposed or use of the product is
natural.
You may use a feather duster or a clean piece of cotton cloth to remove the dust
from the surface.
You may apply an appropriate amount of special maintenance oil on the product
evenly. Apply it to an unobtrusive part of the product first to test the oil, and then
apply it widely if it can be absorbed normally.
Do not use any wet rag to wipe the product or store it in a dark and moist location
or expose it to the sun or rain outdoors. It is recommended to place the product
in a dry location indoors to avoid becoming moldy or breaking. Remove the
mildew by using a dry rag and put it aside to air-dry.
No contact with chemicals is allowed to protect the coating from coming off or
being damaged.
Do not put hot or cold objects on the product directly. Chemical action may occur
due to temperature difference and bring about permanent marks.
The customer has one-year warranty from the date on which the product is
purchased. The warranty is only effective when the product is used in normal
indoor condition. Range of the warranty: Bamboo frame, chair legs, parts.
If you have any problem with the product during the period of the warranty, please
contact your dealer and provide the complete product including the accessories,
inner and outer packages, purchase certificate. If the product is in normal
condition and meet our warranty requirements, we will repair it or replace it with
another similar or equivalent product. No return/refund service is provided.
Products that are not within the range of the warranty:
1. Exhibits, products of special offer or discount;
2. Products that are used outdoors;
3. Products that are damaged due to natural disasters or accidents;
4. Products that become defective due to use of inappropriate cleaning
methods or tools;
5. Products that are placed in the environment exposed to high temperature,
sun, or moisture;
6. Products that are damaged due to disassembly, movement, change of the
structure, or repairs made by the customer;
7. Products that are damaged due to cutting, scratching, collision, or other
human factors;
8. Products that become defective due to stains brought about during their use.
