Operator Safety Instructions
 Use the unit only after having read the operating manual carefully.
 Observe all the safety instructions contained in the manual.
 Be responsible to the others
 The viewer, children and animal in particular, should be kept at a sufficient distance from the
hazardous area.
 Observe relevant national regulations if you operate the machine on public roads and lands.
Mind to wear safety shoes to operate the plate vibrator – it is the only way of avoiding injuries and
contusions

Step-by Step Instructions
1. Clear any foreign objects from the ground to be treated with the vibrator .
2. Always wear protection clothing .
3. Start the plate vibrator according to description in the manual. .
4. Observe all the relevant safety instructions and protection measures. .
5. Compact the ground to be treated slowly and evenly to obtain the best possible result.

Engine cannot be
started
1. Switch ON/OFF position .
2. No fuel 1. Refuel.
Engine runs
unevenly
1. Engine gas lever still in the choke
position .
2. Ignition plug loosened .
3. Dirty or dead fuel .
4. Jammed air filter .
5. Carburettor misadjusted .
6. Tank cover vent jammed .
1. Put the gas lever in position run.
2. Check the ignition plug .
3. Drain the dead fuel in a suitable
container. Pour fresh fuel in the
tank .
4. Clean the air filter .
5. Have the carburettor adjusted .
6. Clean the tank cover and the vent .
Engine runs but
the machine will
not be vibrating
1. Not fully opened gas lever .
2. V-belt loosened or broken .
1. Open the lever at full .
2. Set up/replace V-belt (see
inspections and maintenance)
The plate slats or
runs unevenly
1. Loosened or damaged dampers .
2. Surface too hard .
1. Check the dampers, retighten or
replace.
