With the fork being lifted while pumping in the
NEUTRAL position
, screw the set nut (A) on the set
screw (B) in the clockwise direction until the fork is
not going up by pumping and the
NEUTRAL
position
is not working as it usually does.
2.
With the fork being lowered while pumping in the
NEUTRAL position
, screw the set nut (B) counter-
clockwise until the fork has been fully lowered.
3.
With the fork not being lowered and the functional
lever (2) being in the LOWER position
, screw the
set nut (B) in the clockwise direction until the fork is
lowered by pressing the functional lever (2). Then the
NEUTRAL
position needs to be checked as
described in steps 1 and 2 to make sure the nut has
been set properly.
4.
With the fork not being lifted while pumping in the
LIFT position
, set the nut (B) counter-clockwise until
the fork starts going up when pumping in the
LIFT
position. Then check the
LOWER
and
NEUTRAL
positions as described in steps 1 + 2 + 3.
Safe operation instructions
1.
The user must read all warning instructions and
directions before using the truck.
2.
Do not operate the forklift truck until being properly
familiarised with the appliance and receiving handling
instructions.
3.
Do not operate the forklift truck until making sure it is
in a perfect condition. In particular, pay attention to
the wheels (L226, L306, L241), drawbar, fork,
pressure release lever (L345), etc.
4.
Do not use the truck on a dirty or wet surface.
5.
Do not use the forklift truck to transport persons.
6.
The worker operating the truck should wear protective
gloves.
7.
After loading the truck, all persons must be at least
600 mm from the fork.
8.
Do not load the truck as is shown in pic. 2 B.
9.
Do not exceed the maximum carrying load when
loading the truck.
10. The user should operate the forklift truck carefully
while meeting applicable local conditions at the same
time.
