Removing and emptying the dust bin

To maintain optimum performance the dust bin should be emptied regularly. It is
recommended to empty the dust bin after every use, and it should always be
emptied when full.

1

Turn off the unit. Press the dust bin release button and remove the dust bin.

2

Hold the dust bin upright to avoid spilling dust, and pull the hinged filter cartridge open by

using the tab at the side of the bin.

3

Empty the dirt into a waste bin.

4

Close the filter cartridge back into the dust bin.

5

Place the dust bin back into the unit and push down until it clicks securely into place.

WARNING: never use the unit without the dust bin and filter fitted.
