To correct the problem, the output of the sensor must be calibrated to be linear and represent the
measure.
You can also use the calibration zero and span to get a range specific to the sensor output. For example, if
you want a reading with a range of 0 to 250 PSI, you can adjust the span so that when the sensor reads
250 PSI, the input of the system indicates 20 mA. With a 0,000016 mA by PSI, to get 16 mA at 250 PSI,
the span must be 4. By adjusting the readings, you are playing with the gain and offset to have readings
reflect your sensor’s range.
