Whilst on a Call
Hold
A caller on hold will hear hold music and not overhear conversations in the
work place.
Hold a Call
Line 1 Flashing
The line the call is
on will flash.
Whilst a call is on
hold any other
waiting call will
display on the LCD
Screen and flash
on one of the
other line keys,
but will not ring
the phone.
Retrieve a
Held Call
The Line stops flashing
Multiple Calls
on Hold
