The basics
Press
to put your TV into standby.
Press a
NUMBER
or
CH/TRACKING
to
change channels.
Press
VOLUME
to adjust the volume level.
Press
MUTE
to mute the volume.
Press
PLAY
to play a tape.
Press
STOP
to stop a tape.
Press
REW
to rewind a tape. Press
REW
during playback to see the playback
picture while the tape is winding.
Press
F.FWD
to fast forward a tape. Press
F.FWD
during playback to see the
playback picture while the tape is
winding.
Press
PAUSE
to pause the picture.
If you want to watch any external
equipment that you have attached press
the
AV
button once for the scart socket (on
back), press twice for the RCA phono
sockets (on front).

CALL
button
will show you the
video status.
The
SPEED
button
will let you change
tape speeds from
SP (standard play)
to LP (long play).
