Setting the alarm time

If  no  symbol  is  shown,  the  alarm 
function is cancelled.

Adjusting the brightness of 

the display

  In  stand-by  mode,  press  »

repeatedly  to  change  the  brightness 
of the display backlight in three levels 
(bright, medium, low).

Setting the clock

When you plug in the device for the first 
time, »  « appears on display to show the 
time as »00:00« like an analog clock.
The same indication applies after a power 
failure or if the device has been plugged 
out and no back-up battery is inserted.
