Setting and storing radio stations
(DAB and FM) – initial set-up
When the device is connected to the mains for
the first time or after a reset, the device starts an
automatic station search for DAB radio stations
and then stores them in the station list.
Then the device searches for FM radio stations
and saves FM radio stations on the presets 1 to
40.
The time is set automatically.
1 For the best DAB/FM reception, align the wire
antenna accordingly.

Press » 8 « to switch on the device.
– The automatic station search starts, then
finds and stores DAB radio stations.
– Then the device switches to the first station in
the station list.

Automatic tuning can also be started after
the initial set-up by pressing and holding
down »

updated and the FM presets are overwrit-
ten.
Storing DAB radio stations as
presets
After the automatic station search, all the DAB ra-
dio stations are stored in the station list. You can
store your favourite DAB radio stations on the pre-
sets 1 to 40.
1 Press » RADIO « to select the DAB input source.

Press » E « or » F « to select the DAB radio sta-
tion.
– Display: the name of the radio station, the
DAB radio station selected is activated after
1 second.
3 Save the DAB radio station on a preset, to do

Tuning and storing DAB radio
stations after a change of loca-
tion
You can restart the automatic station search. This
is useful if you want to operate the device at a
new location or if you want to search for new
DAB radio stations.
1 Press » 8 « to switch on the device.
2 Press » RADIO « to select the DAB input source.
– Display: the name of the radio station, such
as » B5 AKT «.
3 Open the menu by pressing and holding down
» MENU «.
4 Select the » SCAN « menu item with » E « or » F «
and press » e
II OK
« to confirm.
– The automatic station search starts, then
finds and stores radio stations in the station
list.
