GTB59 

 

 

 

RADIO OPERATION 

1.

 

Turn on the radio by turning the VOLUME knob in clockwise motion until you hear a “click” 

sound. 

2.

 

Select the desired frequency band with the BAND switch. 

3.

 

Tune in your desired station by turning the TUNING knob to the appropriate frequency.     

4.

 

Adjust the Volume by turning the VOLUME knob to your desired sound level. 

5.

 

For private listening, connect your headphones to the HEAPHONE jack. 

6.

 

To turn off the radio, turn the VOLUME knob in anti-clockwise until a “click” sound is heard. 

 

CONNECTING AN IPOD 

In order to connect an iPod or MP3 Player to this unit, you will need to purchase a 3.5mm 

Auxiliary Cable from your local electrical retailer. Plug this cable into the Auxiliary Output or 

Headphone Jack of the device for playback via the GTB59.   

 

CONNECTING HEADPHONES 

In order to listen to your GTB59 through Headphones, connect your 3.5mm Headphone Cable 

into the Headphone Jack.     

 

ANTENNA 

The FM and AM Antenna is built in to this radio. To improve radio reception, rotate the unit or 

move the unit to an area that receives better radio reception.
