Never use the appliance in or
near to combustible or inflam-

a stable, flat, clean, dry, and
non-slip surface.

Make sure that there is no
danger that the power cord
could be accidentally pulled
or that someone could trip
over it when the appliance is
in use.

Position the appliance in such
a way that the plug is always
accessible.

The appliance should not be
operated with an external
clock timer or separate re-
mote control system.

The blades are very sharp!
Handle the sharp blades with
utmost care, especially during
cleaning, in order to avoid in-
juries.

Do not use the appliance if
the blades are damaged or
show signs of wear.

Never clean the appliance
with your bare hands.

Check the stainless steel bowl
for foreign objects before
using.

Do not operate the appliance
without coffee beans in the
stainless steel grinding bowl.

Never try to use the appliance
without the see-through lid.

Do not attempt to remove the
see-through lid until the blades
have completely stopped.

A spatula may be used to
remove the coffee from the
grinding bowl. The appliance
must be switched off before
doing this.

Never operate the appliance
for longer than necessary for
processing the coffee beans.

To prevent overheating, do
not use the appliance continu-
ously for more than 4 batches.
Leave to cool for 10 minutes
after every 4 batches of op-
eration.

Do not attempt to chop ice.
