Cleaning the TV set

Pull the power cord out of the mains socket. 

Clean the appliance with a damp cloth and 

a mild detergent. Do not use any deter-

gents containing alcohol, spirit, ammonia 

or scouring agent.
Use a damp, soft cloth to clean the screen. 

Do not use water with soap or detergent.

  ARC: Audio return channel, transmits 

sound from the TV via an HDMI connec-

tion.

  AV: Audio/video.

  CAM: Module for receiving encrypted 

TV channels.

  CI: Slot for modules for receiving en-

dards for networking home devices and

  GSCR: Grundig Sat Channel Router. 

Technology that allows multiple TVs to be 

connected to a satellite antenna using a 

single-cable system.

  HbbTV: Standard for information and ser-

vices that are offered with the TV signal 

as well as by the Internet, an additional 

service offered by some broadcasting 

stations.

  HD: Collective term for high-resolution
