Duties of the owner/user
Comply with the following instructions to ensure the proper and safe functioning of the
product:
● Arrange for a specialist installer to carry out the installation, commissioning and
maintenance.
● Have the product explained to you by the specialist installer.
● Only perform activities described in this manual.
● Do not carry out any activities that are explicitly marked for a specialist installer.
● Only use this product as intended.
● Make sure that the required inspection and maintenance work is carried out.
● Keep this instruction.

Product-specific safety instructions
► Lay lines such as: dosing line, mains cable, iQ-Comfort connecting cable to the water
softener softliQ and suction line outside any passage routes in order to avoid
stumbling and pulling them out.
► Secure the lines of the dosing system at the installation site where public traffic can
be expected.
About mineral-based solutions:
► Only use exaliQ mineral-based solutions.
► Do not mix exaliQ mineral-based solutions.
► Do not transfer exaliQ mineral-based solutions into other containers.
► Do not use exaliQ mineral-based solutions if their shelf life has expired.
Safety-relevant components:

● Dosing line, dosing valve
● All pressurised and parts that come into contact with media
