Download Fingerprint Template

The main control downloads a fingerprint feature and searches the fingerprint

database based on the feature

The whole process mainly includes: download template and search fingerprint.
BufferID is set to the default value 1 when downloading template and searching fingerprint.
Note:at this point, have to download a feature file, not a template.
