Team Plus HD SP2 R1/R6 - assembly instructions

List of parts:

- 5 castors 

- 1 base

- 1 gas lift

- 1 backrest

- 1 seat with SP2 mechanism

- 2 R6 armrests (left/right)

- 4 M6x25 screws

- 2 screws M6x20 

- 3 M8 washers for backrest assembly 

- 4 M8 pads for R1 armrest version

- 3 screws M8x12

- Allen wrench for screws (shape "L") 

ASSEMBLY

NOTES!

The chair has been granted the Certificate of Durability, Stability and Safety of Use issued by PUR "Remodex" 

Furniture Industry Research and Implementation Facility.

1. Push the castors into the base of the chair.

2. Insert the gas lift into the hole in the chair 

base.

3. Screw the armrests using two M6x25 

screws and one M6x20 screw for each 

armrest. For R1 armrests, we use round 

washers in addition to the two external screws 

of both armrests M8.

4. Screw the backrest to the mechanism already 

in the seat using three M8x20 screws and three 

M8 washers.

Seat height adjustment. 

Pulling the lever 

upwards raises the seat. Releasing the lever 

to the initial position will lock the selected 

height.

Adjusting the backrest angle in relation 

to the seat 

- use the lever (B) to block the 

selected backrest angle in relation to the seat 

(sliding the lever inwards) or release the 

movement of the backrest following the 

movement of the user's back (pushing the 

lever outwards).

Adjustment of armrests (R1/R6)

: while sitting in a chair after pressing the 

button on the outside of the armrest, you can 

change the height of the forearm support. 

R1

: armrests, in addition to height adjustment, 

have a front-back adjustable overlay and a 

possibility to change of position angle.

D - 

Backrest resistance force adjustment

 - 

a knob for adjusting the backrest resistance 

force during tilting. The force is adjusted to the 

user's weight.

Adjustment of seat depth

. Pulling the 

lever upwards slows down the forward and 

backward movement of the seat.

5. The seat with the backrest and armrests 

screwed on is placed on an actuator, which is 

already in the base equipped with castors.
