Pump filling
Programming procedure of the AC pumps
• The AC pump can be filled either through the filler cap in the lid (1), or via the
grease nipple fill point (22). Initial filling should be made through the grease
nipple to prevent against any air pockets from occuring in the pump chamber or
reservoir.
• Systems Lubricants & Filling Methods All Groeneveld Systems’ multiline pump
options are fitted as standard with both bulk top fill (suitable for oil and fluid
grease up to NGLI ‘000’) and bottom fill adaptors for filling of grease NGLI to Grade
2-this avoids the possibility of air entrapment. (for recommend lubricants see
Groeneveld installation manual for AC15XX & AC25XX page 6).
• If the reservoir must be filled through the reservoir cap molding (5), be certain
the cap (1) is secured to the reservoir cap molding (5) when finished. Take care to
prevent air pockets occuring in the reservoir.
The programmable AC15/AC25 has the following settings available:
