A. HY-PLUS SM DIRECT STEAM) MODEL

Hot water (for faucet on 36” and wider units with kettles).

Steam inlet.

Cold water (for faucet on 36” or wider units with kettles.

Cold water (for condenser spray).

Not used.
6.
Drain (for steamers and condenser spray). Also for kettle condensate
and sink where used.
7.
Electrical (conduit through underside, terminals at the right on the
inside).
