3. Lower forks, disengage brakes, and insert
forks under pallet where weight will be cen-
tered and equally distributed (see
Figure 6).

4. Lift forks just enough to clear front casters
(see
Figure 7).
5. Transport and lift pallet as needed.

Forks
Lubrication
The front and rear wheels are attached with per-
manently sealed ball bearings, so they require
no lubrication, but we recommend adding a few
drops of SAE 10W-30 oil every three months to
each rotating point shown in
Figure 8.

If fork width becomes difficult to adjust, you can
wax fork rail for ease of movement.
